When to bring us in /

You are building a new home and need the full electrical, start to finish
You are adding a room, a floor, or an in-law suite onto your home
A kitchen or bath remodel is moving walls, cabinets, or appliances
You are converting a garage, basement, or attic into living space
Old wiring is coming out during a renovation — knob-and-tube, cloth, or undersized circuits
You are a builder or GC who needs a reliable electrical sub who shows up on schedule

Why it matters: the cheapest, cleanest time to wire is while the walls are open. Circuits, lighting, and panel capacity planned at rough-in cost a fraction of adding them after drywall — and everything passes inspection the first time.

Common questions /

When should the electrician get involved in a build or remodel? As early as you can. Before framing closes up is ideal — that is when layout changes are cheap and panel capacity can be planned instead of patched.
Do you work with general contractors and builders?Yes — new construction and remodel work for GCs and builders is a core part of what we do, as well as working directly with homeowners.
Can you wire just the new part of the house?Usually yes. We tie the addition or remodeled space into your existing system safely, check that your panel can carry it, and tell you up front if an upgrade is the smarter move.
Do you serve my town?We are based in Ellenboro and serve Western NC and Upstate SC — all of Rutherford County, Shelby and Cleveland County, Tryon and Columbus in Polk County, and Gaffney, Blacksburg, and the Spartanburg area across the state line.
